Instructions
Assembly Instructions:
Cream together sugar and eggs.
Add vegetable oil and pumpkin. Mix well.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Sift well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.
Stir in butterscotch chips.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Remove from muffin tins and let cool.
Once cooled, place in freezer bags, remove excess air, and freeze.
