Place all ingredients except the corn starch in a large resealable freezer bag.
Remove excess air from the bag, seal, then place in the freezer.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw the frozen ingredients completely, then heat in a skillet over the stovetop.
While cooking, whisk in two teaspoons of cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Serve over noodles or rice.

Pro tips: You can create many variations of these stir fry packs by changing out the protein to shrimp or chicken or by adding chopped celery, sliced carrots, frozen green beans, water chestnuts, or can of drained baby corn.If you need this recipe to be gluten free, use gluten free soy sauce and oyster sauce.
