Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Place chicken and all other ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw. Bake at 350° for an hour covered or simmer on the stovetop until heated through. Serve over rice.
Notes
This recipe can also be made with boneless, skinless chicken thighs. We use 8-10 (approx. 2 lbs.)
