Add the browned ground pork or sausage to a large freezer bag. Add all other ingredients.
Mix together, then remove the excess air from the bag and seal. Freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Add the contents of the bag to a large skillet.
Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with sliced green onions on top if desired.
Notes
We have made this recipe with both regular soy sauce and low-sodium soy sauce and found that making it with regular soy sauce is on the salty side. We recommend that you use low-sodium soy sauce for this recipe. You'll be glad you did!Rather than ground pork, you can use ground Italian sausage, and you can pick mild or spicy to add a bit of a kick to this dish.
