Place chicken and all other ingredients in the freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Oven Cooking Instructions:
Thaw. Cook covered for one hour in the oven at 350°, uncovering for the last 10 minutes.
Skillet Cooking Instruction:
Thaw. Cook in a skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through, turning occasionally to brown on both sides. Chicken is cooked at an internal temperature of 165°.
BBQ Cooking Instructions:
Thaw. Cook on medium heat on BBQ until the centre of the meat is white and has an internal temperature of 165° is reached.
Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 380° for 5 minutes. Cook for 20 minutes at 380° turning once or until chicken is 165° internally.

This recipe can also be made with boneless, skinless chicken thighs (approx. 2 lbs.)
