Remove the excess air and seal. Lay flat and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Mix the noodles with the contents of the freezer bag.
Put in a casserole dish and bake at 425° for 20-30 minutes.
Notes
Pro tip: The entire casserole can be made ahead so there's less to do on cooking day. Simple cook the noodles to slightly underdone (to avoid mushiness), cool slightly, and mix in with everything else before freezing.
