Add everything except the Parmesan to a large freezer bag. Squish to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese to a medium freezer bag.
Remove excess air from both bags, seal and then freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw. Dump into casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
