Put chicken and other ingredients in a large, resealable freezer bag. Squish to combine. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw.
Bake at 350° covered for one hour.
Slow Cooker Instructions:
Thaw.
Cook in the slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.

Note: don't use Creamy Russian dressing. If you can't find Russian dressing, you can substitute with Catalina.Peach jam can be substituted for the apricot jam if you prefer. You can also use 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (approx. 2 lbs.) if you prefer.
