Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp. fresh dill
- 2 medium (quart) freezer bag
Instructions
Assembly Instructions:
- Place everything together in a large freezer bag or two medium sized freezer bags.
- Toss to combine.
- Remove excess air. Seal and freeze.
Cooking Instructions:
- Thaw.
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil.
- Dump the contents of the bag onto the greased sheet.
- Put the pan in the oven for 10 minutes, stir. Return to the oven for another 12-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Carrots are done when they are tender and some of the edges are browning.
