That Lady's Chicken

  • 3-5 chicken breasts boneless, skinless or 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 16 oz. Russian dressing
  • 1 1/4 cups apricot jam
  • 3 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
  • large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag


Assembly Instructions:

  • Put chicken and other ingredients in a large, resealable freezer bag. Squish to combine. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Bake at 350° covered for one hour.

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Cook in the slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.


Note: don't use Creamy Russian dressing. If you can't find Russian dressing, you can substitute with Catalina.
Peach jam can be substituted for the apricot jam if you prefer.
