Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef browned
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 6 oz. tomato sauce
  • 3 tsp. chili sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag

Instructions

Assembly Instructions:

  • Brown ground beef.
  • Put beef and all other ingredients in a large freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Skillet Cooking Instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Heat in a skillet on the stove over medium heat until desired heat is achieved. or cook in the slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Use in tacos, taco salad, on nachos, or in pasta.

Slow Cooker Cooking Instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Heat in the slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Use in tacos, taco salad, on nachos, or in pasta.
