Spicy Chipotle Chicken

  • 3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tsp. adobo sauce from can of adobo chili peppers
  • 1-2 adobo chili peppers (from can) sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika or smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp. brown sugar
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag


Assembly instructions:

  • Add chicken to bag. Add all other ingredients. Squish to combine. Remove excess air. Seal. Freeze.

Skillet Cooking Instructions:

  • Thaw. Cook in skillet until inside of chicken is no longer pink and thoroughly cooked through.

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  • Thaw. Cook in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
