Ingredients

  • 55 oz. tomato paste
  • 8 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1/4 cup garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 112 oz. tomato sauce
  • 112 oz. diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Stir water and paste until smooth. Stir in the rest.

Notes

Use red sauce in any recipe that calls for pasta sauce or store in medium sized freezer bags in the freezer to use as pasta or pizza sauce.
