Honey Mustard and Herb Drumsticks

  • 12 chicken drumsticks skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey melted
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard grainy
  • 1-2 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. Herbes de Provence
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag


Assembly instructions:

  • Place drumsticks in a large resealable freezer bag.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Squish to combine.
  • Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw. Place drumsticks in a single layer in a 9x13 baking pan. Pour all remaining sauce from bag onto chicken.
  • Bake in a 400° oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste with the sauce from the pan. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 25 minutes.


12 drumsticks will be about 2 1/2 lbs.
