Cooking Method: No-Cook
Servings: 48 energy balls

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 3 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag

Assembly Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a medium to a large bowl. Put the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes to make them easier to shape.
  • Using a cookie dough scoop to help shape the energy balls.
  • If it seems like they are too goopy, add more of the dry ingredients and if they don't seem to hold together well enough, add more peanut butter and/or honey. This recipe is very forgiving and hard to mess up.
  • Store the energy bites in a sealed container or large resealable freezer bag and keep them in the freezer.

Serving Instructions:

  • Take out as many as needed. Reseal the bag, ensuring you get out as much air as possible. Eat.
