Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 floz. Frank's Red Hot sauce
- 1 envelope of dry Ranch seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag
For serving:
- buns
Instructions
Assembly Instructions:
- Put the chicken breasts into a large resealable freezer bag or silicone reusable freezer bag.
- Dump the other ingredients into the bag.
- Take out any extra air. Seal and freeze.
Cooking Instructions:
- Thaw.
- Cook in the crockpot on high for 3-4 hours. Shred the chicken.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto buns to serve.
Notes
This recipe is low carb if served on low carb buns or on lettuce leaves.
