- 3-5 chicken breasts boneless, skinless (or 8-10 boneless, skinless thighs are good too)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag
- Place all ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag. Combine ingredients by squishing around in the bag. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
- Thaw. Bake in the oven at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
