Ingredients

  • 3-5 chicken breasts boneless, skinless (or 8-10 boneless, skinless thighs are good too)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag

Instructions

Assembly instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag. Combine ingredients by squishing around in the bag. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw. Bake in the oven at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
