Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley dried
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag


Assembly Instructions:

  • Place pork tenderloin and all other ingredients in large resealable bag. Squish to combine. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Oven Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw. Bake in a covered casserole dish at 350° for 50-60 minutes until internal temperature of 155° is reached. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Slow Cooker:

  • Thaw. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 5-7 hours on low.


  • Thaw. BBQ until centre of meat is white and internal temperature of 155° is reached.


  • Thaw. Brown just the pork tenderloin in skillet with 1 Tbsp. melted butter about 5-8 minutes per side until meat is white throughout. Cook remaining sauce from the bag in skillet and allow to boil for 3 minutes before pouring over tenderloin.
