  • 3-5 chicken breasts boneless, skinless (alternatively 8-10 boneless, skinless thighs work too)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 tsp. ginger fresh, minced
  • salt pinch
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag


Assembly instructions:

  • Place chicken and all other ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw. Bake at 350° for an hour covered or simmer on the stovetop until heated through. Serve over rice.
