  • waffle iron


  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs large, lightly beaten
  • 2 2/3 cups buttermilk
  • 2 2/3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2-3 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag


Assembly instructions

  • Whisk dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined. Cook waffles in waffle maker. Lay in a single layer flat on a cookie sheet and place in freezer.
  • Once frozen, transfer to a large freezer bag.

Cooking instructions

  • Reheat in toaster or toaster oven. Serve with syrup or fruit and whipped cream or Cinnamon Honey Butter.
